Rates:  Please contact me to discuss fees for my service.  When insurance options for reimbursement are limited or a patient doesn’t have insurance, I’m willing to discuss the possibility of fee reduction.

Insurance: I do not accept insurance, but I provide a statement for services rendered which can be submitted to health insurance providers for reimbursement.
